Fabrizio Dusi was born in Sondrio in 1974.
He studied ceramics at the Cova school in Milan in 2003. Since 2005 he has had a personal artistic workshop in Milan, where he currently works.
From ceramics he moves on to painting, often contaminating the two techniques, as well as experimenting with the use of wood, Plexiglas and neon lights.
In the first years of activity he participated in various national and international competitions, arriving as a finalist in the "Faenza-concorso internazionale della Ceramica d'arte contemporanea" and in the "Scultura in città" competition of the Province of Milan in 2009, at the Giorgio Mondadori Art Award in 2010, at the CICA2011 international ceramic competition in L'Alcora in Spain. Fabrizio Dusi has also participated in numerous personal and collective exhibitions; in 2008 the personal exhibition at the Gianetti Ceramics Museum in Saronno (VA), in 2015 the collective "Classic lovers" at Galleria Melesi in Lecco curated by Chiara Gatti and the collective "La scultura ceramica contemporanea in Italia" at the Galleria Nazionale D'Arte Moderna in Rome curated by Mariastella Margozzi and Nino Caruso, in 2017 the solo show "Inside" at Plasma Plastic Modern Art in Milan curated by Simone Zeni, in 2021 the solo show "Insieme al mondo piangere, ridere vivere" at the Museo delle Cappuccine in Bagnacavallo (RA) curated by Chiara Gatti and Diego Galizzi and again by Chiara Gatti the personal exhibition "Golden age" at the Monte Verità Foundation in Ascona, Switzerland.
He was the protagonist of three solo shows at the Flora Bigai Arte Moderna and Contemporanea Gallery; "Talking Head" in 2012 with texts by Beatrice Buscaroli and Sharon Hecker, in 2015 "Classic Family" at the Chiesa di S. Ignazio in Arezzo by Fabio Migliorati and the very recent "Together" (2022) edited by Luca Beatrice.
His works are currently present in various private and public collections, both Italian and international, such as the Casa della Memoria in Milan, the SDA Bocconi in Milan, the MIC Museum in Faenza, the Museum of Ceramics in Gubbio, the Ceramic Musum of l'Alcora in Spain, the Perez Miami Collection (USA) and the Yad Vashem Collection in Jerusalem.
Since 2011 Fabrizio Dusi has been represented by the Flora Bigai Gallery.
