The exhibition revolves around a major recent masterpiece, Annunciazione del III Millennio (Annunciation of the Third Millennium), a sculpture-installation created by Ceroli in 1999, which emphasizes the spirit of restlessness with which man has approached the new Millenium, with tensions that promptly came true.
Another central work of the solo show is L'Angelo Sterminatore (the Angel Exterminator) from 1990, an open quote of the sculpture that overlooks Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome and which appears as the image of the necessary judgment for our species. Also on display Diavolo and Diavolessa (Devil and she-Devil), 2002, two painted wooden figures about 3 meters high and L’Italia che Dorme (Sleeping Italy) painted wood and gold leaf, the world's most beautiful country immersed in the eternal sleep of its laziness.
